We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on February 24th to hire SVP's of Outside Sales (USD $400K/yr).
This event will include all testing for the role. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager. This is a 100% remote, full-time role.
This tournament will be hosted for our client ESW Capital, who will be hiring the Inside Sales Representatives who win this tournament.
In our enterprise software space, customer success is the heart of the business - and annual sales are how these customers show us how they really value our products. Your job as the SVP of Outside Sales will be to talk to our customers, get them excited about our vision and our products, understand their needs - then convince them to grow with our various IT and business services across a portfolio of solutions. Structuring deals as recurring revenue opportunities and using our portfolio of different sales plays and products will be the key element of your daily work.
To be effective in this role - you must be a great communicator, a coachable strong learner and be extremely metrics-oriented. You will be asked to sell new solutions across many of our ESW Capital companies - so you will need to be able to learn each of these solutions in detail from business case to deployment model.
