Sector activity is design and exploratory research in field of space upper stages (SUS) and reusable interorbital transfer tugs (ITT) Main duties: Work carried out in the framework of public contracts (R & D Magistral', Avangard). Preparation of documentation (explanatory notes, specification development, feasibility study on the need for the work, the cost of the work is performed by third parties, preparation of letters to organizations, other documentation work etc.) to participate in such work as subcontractors for the connection of the constituent parts of these works. Supervising questions of development of new launch vehicles (LV), with regard of SUS and ITT. Development of requirements specifications (RS) on experimental design work (EDW) with regard of SUS and ITT. Participation in development of complex program of experimental development (CPED). Supervising the issues of developing production on the stage of the technical proposals (TP), on the stage of the conceptual design (CD). Examination CD (TP) (technical audit), making a expert conclusion of development work, making reports. Control of compliance of RS in product development and commissioning, the completion of flight tests, the monitoring of implementation CPED. In the course of work there is a close collaboration with leading design bureaus, the developers of the LV and sattelites. Technical audit of the project materials for adaptation LV to launch sattelite. During the work of the interaction with all the centers and divisions of the enterprise, and developers of LV and sattelite of Russia. Preparation of materials for report about technical readiness of the LV to launch a specific sattelite. Execution of technical reports with regard to LV of new generation, analysis of works in this sphere in Russia and abroad. The activities of the sector also controlled by the Head of LV research department (total number of employees is up to 18). Reports every week about work done and plans for the next week, month of the sector and employees is required. Making plans for the next year typically in December/January. Participation in the annual conferences in aerospace area, particulary in subject of the sector and department. There are some publications in the open press. While working as the head of the sector (more than 3.5 year) carried out the control over the examination CD (TP) on the project "Development of a complex of oxygen-hydrogen upper stage for heavy class launch vehicle for kosmodrome Vostochny"; on the project "Development of a complex of oxygen-kerosene upper stage for heavy class launch vehicle for kosmodrome Vostochny"on the CD (TP) "Development of modification of the upper stage with improved energy-mass parameters on ecologically clean components of fuel oxygen and kerosene"; on the CD (TP) "Development reusable transport and energy module with electro-propulsion units" etc. Take part in development of PLM concept (Product Lifecycle Management) data support of product lifecycle in space industry wich is now under development in aerospace industry (CAD/CAM/CAE -systems, PLM/PDM/PM and ERP-systems)
