To monitor POSM placement and their proper use * Merchandising: To prepare and distribute merchandising standards for all types of outlets including new launched brands basing on strong analysis and according to Category Management strategy * Market overview: To analyse competitors activity in all trade channels and provide sales team with recommendations for prompt reaction on competitors actions – Moscow, Regions * Research: To analyse AC Nielsen data and regional features to adapt Trade Activity to Regional sales targets and strategies.
